The entire training on PHA conducted by Mr. Rashid made us realize how much we need to improve on our PHA skills. The real scenarios given tells us that anything can happen and we should therefore not overlook even the minor details. It is impressive to see the level of interest retain on the participants until the last day. Mr. Rashid Hamsayeh conducted 10 Process Safety Management (PSM) courses during May-June 2004 and about 150 participants benefited from the program. The overall summary evaluation of the instructor rated EXCELLENT and we had a Very Good comments from different group of participants. Most of them admitted that the instructor experienced with practical on-hands knowledge and skills; used throughout the class exercises, case studies and involved the participants with group discussions from time to time. Rashid Hamsayeh was employed as AYTB's Corporate Safety Manager from 8 Jan - 18 Sep 2003. He demonstrated a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the HSE requirements related to the Petrochemical Industry. He updated AYTB's safety policy and procedures, and assisted AYTB Operations & Maitenance to resolve/improve safety issues in specific industrial plants. As and when required, he assisted site Safety Officers with incident investigations. Rashid was very active and used his initiative to promote safety at all levels of the company.
